Let me start by saying I love the food at Cafe Klaser. I am a resident of Heber Springs and everytime my family comes to town, we eat at Cafe Klaser. However, tonight we waited for nearly 3 hours for food. Our drink order was never fulfilled, my family ordered onion tanglers that were cold, we never received our salads, and never recieved our main course.
