Went for breakfast. The food and portion sizes were good. A little pricey for breakfast, but it is downtown hot springs. Parking is street only, unless you park in the free garage and walk to the end of the strip.
This place has been in business since the '40s and the location is very small. So if you go on the weekends, good luck getting a table. If you're visiting downtown and want to go to it, I would suggest going on a weekday, but after the morning rush. We split one of their combo meals and do have to admit that it was quite tasty. Excellent ham and bacon and the gravy was just like Mom makes. However, it wasn't as great as some other places we had during the week....

Well. It didn't disappoint. That's for sure. The place could use some updates no doubt. But the food is top notch... and I'm not eating the decor, so it's just fine for me.
