Ordered a pizza that kept saying it would be here in 5 minutes and never made it. Don’t recommend ordering from here ever.
We’ve been orders from Domino’s as long as they’ve been at this location on Higden Ferry in Hot Springs! I’ve ignored bad service for some time but this is the last straw!!!
Adon (?) the auto order taker must be broke. I’m spoiled! I’m use to quick ordering but no more! Real person was indignant!!! Didn’t try to help me…..at all!!!!
I’ll go back to Arkadelphia ‘s Domino and hope they don’t talk to customers rudely!
On Sunday afternoon I tried placing a order with them via the app. I got all the way through to where you place your order. When I tried to place the order, I was given an error message saying that it could not process at this time and to please try again. So I tried again and got the same message. My order never went through, and so I gave up, and ordered from Pizza Hut instead. I realized later that I have been charged eight times for the same amount from Domino's totaling $280.80...read full review
