Felisha at the drive thru window is a sweet person. She is always so nice and friendly. She makes the best Gold Medal shakes.
Staff is not friendly at all and they do not make the orders correctly. when your order has whipped cream and caramel drizzle I expect it to have it on there.
I keep trying to give this Dunkin’ a chance, but I think I’ve finally learned my lesson. Customer service really needs to be stepped up.
