McDonald's in Hot Springs

“The lady that took our order and brought out our food was amazing, Monday 9/9 mid day. She went above and beyond! We got on the subject of having a million dollars, I said I bet you wouldn't be here if you had a million, to which she said yes I would! She loves her job!“

“Staff was friendly, establishment was clean. I did feel like we were a bit ignored at first since they primarily want you to order from the kiosk. Once we put in our order it was quick and easy. My grandson enjoyed watching them cook from the “viewing area”. No salads btw.“

“The food was fine. The dining area, however, is a completely different situation. There so many flies they were landing all over me and my children. The floor was LITTERED with food and trash. I'm a manager at Taco Bell and this NEVER happens at my store because we know it takes 5 seconds to sweep and wipe down. Something McDonalds on Malvern Ave sorely needs to learn.“

“We just came to this McDonald and the boy at the drive thru window was extremely rude and playing on his phone. Refused to help us. We went to the next window to speak to the manager and she was freaking awesome!!!! Laura you rock and are doing awesome because of you and I think she said her name was Zara y’all made this a better day. Great customer service skills and probably the best attitudes ever!!! Someone give these lady’s a huge raise!!!!! Ladies keep up the amazing work!!! Keep those beautiful smiles on your faces and thank you for being amazing!!!!“

“Food was made quickly, and it tasted as expected. Fries were done well, and chicken sandwich was crispy. Employees were friendly. Ordered a double burger, but it only came with one patty. The staff not only made another patty quickly, they also gave some extra chicken nuggets, burger, and two pies! Very friendly. There is a thirty minutes limit before you must leave due to loitering being prohibited, but I understand why. Overall a good experience.“

“Great people sometime I eat at McDonald's alot.some time the cashier that be taking your order act like they have a attitude at the drive window. When u go in the have no one at the counter to take your order cause they focused on getting the drive orders out..I wait about 10 minutes b4 someone took my order it was bout 4 people inside waiting to get their order take people continue to walk in.i kept saying hello can we get someone to help us over here. The lady told me its a order board behind you .you can use it if you like and it will help with speeping up your order.if i wanted to use the order board i would have just stayed in the drive thru .that was the only reason she came to take ours order..short handed on staff that morning like all morning. Some day it be enough people to help.some morning and day it doesn't.burger king might be the place where I go next stop“

“Just went through the drive through and got chicken sandwiches and nuggets as well as some french fries!! I wanted pickles on my chicken sandwich no lettuce. Full coverage of the pickles and the perfect amount of mayo!! We love this McDonald’s it’s our absolute favorite in all of hot springs!! Also a 10/10 customer service!!“
