My family visited this location from out of town (Mena AR), recently on Saturday June 13th. The cashier LISA was very kind & gave us a great deal on our meal & she also brought us our food when It was ready. The food was spot on perfection as Popeyes tend to be! LISA went above & beyond In kindness & service. The other employees (which we didn't Interact with) also seemed kind & like they enjoyed their jobs. LISA deserves a raise! Period! LISA Is the best...
The visit happened on 6/20/26 at 5:30pm. I’m not one to normally do a review but wanted to make sure I shared the positive feedback. Originally made an order at a local grocery store for fried chicken and sides for a family gathering. Confirmed several times before pick up that we were good to go. Chicken was good fresh and everything employees were nice too and understanding of my dad who speaks broken English and the atmosphere was about average but could be worse and best of all they use beef tallow
