“This place has great food, but it has been taking longer and longer to get my food. When I try to order over the phone to pick up, I get asked to hold and then wait for at least 3 minutes or the line is busy. Maybe an online ordering system would be a good fit. Seems like they may be understaffed at the moment as well.“

“I’ve never had any problems there until tonight. I ordered my food in Italian sub, and the checker went back towards the back, after he took my order I noticed a young man cleaning back behind the register wearing gloves. I was the only customer in there, so I stood in front of the cash register to watch, he asked me can I help you? I said I’m just watching than he turned to make my sub. Taking the meat and putting it on a piece of paper, wearing the same gloves he was wearing when he was cleaning the back counter I asked him to change his gloves because I don’t want to get sick and he ripped his gloves off his hands and threw them in the garbage and gave lots of attitude I was afraid to eat my food because you can’t see behind the counter when he’s making the sandwich , so I asked for refund because I didn’t know what he’s gonna do to my food behind the counter. His attitude was so bad I told the manager that I will pay for the chips because I was standing at the counter eating them . And my refund has not been placed back on my ATM card yet I was very disappointed I eat at this restaurant once or twice a month and never had any problems before, they’re normally so friendly.“

“I frequent this place often, like abt twice a week. It's generally really goodthe only big problem I've had is that i used to order mayo and Everytime i got it, there would be this huge plop of mayo so over-whelming that the sandwich would be inedible every time. When i asked about it they told me the mayo dispenser top was broken and that's the way in came out. Eventually i decided to order without mayo and put it on myself at home bcs after abt 2 months it had not changed. Idk if it's fixed now ( bcs i don't order it on my sandwich any more), but i certainly hope so. Oh, and when i order blt's, i have to finish cooking the bacon at home as it is always barely cooked /heated. Lastly, i truly dislike green tomatoes or the core of the tomato in my slice. I would appreciate if they would take the take to remove those pieces or serve them only to people who request them bcs generally when you ask for tomatoes, you want ripe, red tomatoes unless specified otherwise.The employees are very good and very helpful and when something is not right, they always do their best to assist until it is corrected.I'm still there atleast 2, sometimes 3 or 4 times a week depending on how lazy i am that week!! I'm so glad Subway is here!“

“Best experience in a LONG time. Expected to not have a good service experience because the last few times were not good. The lady that is working today was absolutely wonderful! We seen her stocking before we walked in the door and we were already impressed! She was so attentive and friendly during our whole visit. We will definitely be back if she’s working!“

“The place is really good. The food is really good and they have tons of ingredients for your sub. Food is reasonable price. The service is good at this place they help. But sometimes they don't clean everyday and it shows with the floors.“

“First time ever trying Jersey’s Mikes in fort smith, AR. They had such a great crew! Everyone was so friendly, and had a great attitude, which created a great atmosphere! We got our subs to go and they were so good! Best sub I’ve had in a long time! The Turkey was shaved right on the spot! All the ingredients were fresh, crisp and delicious, I loved it! “I can't say enough good things about Chicken Salad Chick. This is the only location that I have been to, but the service is excellent - fast and friendly. As far as the food, it is so good. I have a difficult time trying new things here, because I love what I have already had so much. I force myself and I am so glad that I do. Yesterday, I tried the Cranberry Kelli - It was especially delicious. A friend had recommended the grape salad, because I always have the pasta salad(which I love). Yesterday I had the grape salad and it was amazing. This is the perfect place for lunch with your bff or to pick up something to go.“

“I used to stop here way more often than I care to admit when it was Hardee's. I think I'd be a lot healthier if the gas station had a subway in it all along. It has nothing to do with eating fast food, not exercising enough, and eating pounds of lard by the handful. No it's definitely because it was a Hardee's instead of a Subway that I'm unhealthy. “I came in on a Tuesday morning and I was greeted by a younger female who even though it was 4 am had a lot of energy and kind vibes , she even suggested my food order and kept me talking which I usually don’t do around that time all while getting my coffee and asking me for my condiments too❤️. Very mature and good energy need more young spirits like her around ! And FOOD 10/10😋. I’ll definitely be back soon for a bagel or panini 🥯“

The employees are so kind, polite, and patient, and they assemble what is being asked for, with thought and care! I've been in other Subways, that the sandwich artists' are not that considerate, even with multiple requests. I have never even once been close, to having that issue here. If you are looking for something tasty, reliable, and affordable this is your place!!“
