Andy's Frozen Custard Reviews

Andy's Frozen Custard is a popular dessert shop known for its high-quality frozen custard and tasty treats. Located on the southwest side of Jonesboro, the menu features a variety of flavors, including seasonal offerings. While the frozen custard is generally praised by customers, the pricing can be a bit steep. However, the small sizes are often sufficient, and adding toppings or seasonal specialties can create a satisfying dessert experience.
Customers appreciate the simple and straightforward menu, as well as the consistent quality of the frozen custard. Some have even compared the taste to a Reese's peanut butter cup when combining vanilla custard with peanut butter and cookie dough. The affordable pricing, with treats for four people costing around $25, is also a positive aspect for many customers.
Although the customer service is generally good, there have been occasional instances of less friendly interactions at the window. One customer reported a concerning experience with the payment process, where the staff expressed concerns about potential fraud when the customer tried to use a credit card stored in their phone's digital wallet. However, these instances appear to be isolated, as most reviews mention a positive overall experience.
In terms of the menu, customers have enjoyed a variety of offerings, including peanut butter shakes with chocolate, as well as banana splits. While the majority of visits have been positive, there have been a few instances where the order was not prepared correctly. Overall, Andy's Frozen Custard remains a popular destination for those seeking a sweet treat in Jonesboro.
