This one has been going downhill since they opened. They take forever with food, even when not busy. And they always get something wrong with our order every single time. We also get a lot of dirty cutlery. Last visit, we had to ask for a half dozen spoons before we got one that didn't have food residue on it. Wait staff act annoyed that you interrupt their conversations by having the audacity to need a refill. Sad, because this was our Thursday family dinner tradition. Now, we go maybe once every other month.

Ordered a togo order. It was 27 mins late. I had to back in to get my drinks when I got to hotel it did not have any silverware or ranch dipping sauce which I had paid extra for. Wings were dry as well

Me and some coworkers had lunch here after our Manager's Meeting. I had ordered the Lunch deal. 10 traditional wings Sweet BBQ flavored (all flats) that's what I requested. Fries with queso and bacon.... Less that 16 bucks

If I could give a negative star review I would. We stood in line for for 10-15 mins the. Was sat for another 10-15 mins and no one ever came and took our order. Multiple servers looked and made eye contact and never spoke. Multiple empty tables and witnessed a couple tables having to get their own napkins and refills. 10/10 do not recommend

The new management lacks competence and demonstrates very, very minimal technical knowledge. Additionally, their unprofessional behavior, such as playing personal music over the sound system instead of catering to paying TouchTunes customers, has been reported to TouchTunes and more importantly - the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise president.
The service is subpar, the music is totalitarian and purposefully plays over paying customers music, survive is slow, Waitresses and bartenders seem more interested in flirting with old men, rather than serving all customers equally in a timely fashion…

I came in there today and sat there for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. there where about 5 servers who walked passed us many times and looked at us like we were an inconvenience so we decided to just leave. They were not busy either.
