Me and my friend group can to eat and as we were waiting for our food there were three guys smoking weed and it was really strong I went up to the front and told the hostesses that she was like what do you want me to about it I told her I wanted someone to say something to them but no one came out so I don’t like that

My husband works here, so I get to go quite a bit. All the servers are awesome, customers are chill, and the food is delicious! I haven't had anything i didn't like. And the drinks! While some drinks could be a bit stronger, they're still delicious.
And for these reviews saying the place is loud and noisy, NO DUH! It's a SPORTS BAR! It's gonna be loud! It's got drunk people cheering for sports. If you can't deal with it, then go home. Don't leave a bad review.
Favorites so far: street tacos, chicken nachos (it may be an appetizer, but its a full meal), and the mushroom swiss burger.

Got the wings 6 peace boneless. they were ok a little dry. But good. cheese curds were fire. Onion rings fire. I got a Philly cheese stake sandwich kinda deal with bacon added. ohh man supper supper fire wife got plain sandwich Everything was perfect but was a bit loud. But as we left we realized they have outdoor seating for me next time definitely sitting outside.

On 9/19/25, a manager, Austin, spoke so unkindly and so unprofessionally to my aunt and made her tear up and cry afterwards. What had she done to be spoken to like that? Ask the price of a beer. My aunt was a longtime lover of BBW and goes there all the time, but after that encounter with Austin, she might not anymore. Despite getting my online orders wrong half the time, I never once wrote a bad review. I understand mistakes happen and can get busy. But after this, I had to come review. Austin was so unprofessional, unkind unnecessarily while lacking all customer service. If he continues to act the way he did, you're going to lose even more customers.

Service slow and never checked on us after food arrived. Wings so small I think they came off a pigeon. Had to pay for sauces. Never refilled our drinks. Prices are way too high. First and last time for this place.

They forgot one thing on my and my friends mobile order. The ladies at the counters apologized and quickly fixed it. They were kind and courteous. They were dealing with a difficult customer at the same time and handled everything wonderfully.

My order was through DD. I ordered the street tacos, and they were absolutely amazing. I can see it becoming a frequent go to. The only thing I was disappointed in is that I was supposed to get chips and salsa. I got chips, but no salsa. ☹️
