My father is in hospital with heart failure , he decided he thought he wanted spaghetti. After calling a couple places asking if they could do a spaghetti sauce with no salt. We called Pastaria 49 and they were very eager to help us. They explained that is not something they normally do, and wasn’t for sure how it would be, but was very willing to make him a heart healthy meal.
