Very unhappy with the service I just received at this establishment. Apparently the manager is so terrible at his job that he didn’t order enough lids for the cups and they REFUSED to let me order a coffee without a lid and then slammed the window on me and didn’t give me a receipt!
If drive through workers knew how to take correct orders it might be different maybe even a better experience. Out of the last 5 times I have visited this store, many different occasions my drink is never what I order.
How does a blended drink end up half frozen half juice and served with no straw?
First I love Starbucks.......just not today.
I placed my order in person at 2:22. I did not receive my order until 2:56. I left and just trusted it was the correct order. Low and behold it was the wrong drink. I did not have time to go go back to exchange. So now I am out a $5.58 drink that I cant drink. ( I tried) This is so frustrating.
