It took a while for a worker to take our order. There were several workers behind the counter. One was checking his phone. The beans in my burrito were dried out (the consistency of Play-Do). Other items were okay. Overall not a friendly atmosphere and very mediocre food. I'll try another area Taco Bell next
This is a Taco Bell combined with a KFC restaurant. It still has the full Taco Bell menu so you can get everything you would typically get at a standalone unit. It does have a drive-thru or you can eat inside. It is right next to a shopping center offering convenience, if you need to do that too. The service is usually quick as well.
I should mention that the Fowlers no longer own the franchises in Jonesboro. They sold almost all of them to some guy named Chris, i think. There was an article in the local newspaper about it. You can look it up. This must be why the customer service is below average.At the 12:00 lunch hour, this place should be busy. Now i see why it isn't.
