Spent $31 on 3 meals & 3 cheesy beefy burritos, only to have to wait 30 plus minutes in the drive thru and not even get one of my meals, on top of having to deal with the workers having an attitude when I brought up that I didn’t receive all my food. Don’t bother calling about a refund because they won’t give it to you.
First and foremost they have terrible management there which i have spoken with this man before and had a similar experience his name is Kedric Jarrett or KJ for short. he told me he would call the police on me and file a harassment claim because I called and complained about my order. He's screaming over the phone bring it back! bring it back! I said sir I'm at work now! so he says well bring it back after you get off work (which makes no sense) the food was terrible the chicken...read full review
