I tried calling just to see if I could order two things as a deal but only got disrespect and a rude employee that didn’t even try staying on the phone to help. She hung up in my face and eventually blocked my number. I only wanted to see if I could get wings and strips now I’m taking my service elsewhere. So disappointing the company hired ppl like that or even be able to answer the phone.

This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. Workers were on their right next to the no phone sign. Food took over an hour to get. I would rather eat out of a trash can than eat this place again. Will never come back! Everything looked disgusting and it smell awful.

Been here today for pick an order small lady curly hair black was rude and laughing like she’s most intelligent person in the world and she was arrogant first she told me i have pepsi then i told here is it pepsi or dr pepper then she checked and said yeah its dr pepper then she was not accepting her wrong pronouns then i said my bad and leave it and she was laughing which make me sad like people like this exist who purposely wanna make you feel bad i know its small thing but it’s really make me uncomfortable stay away from this place will not go here again.
I dont know if yall are short handed, or understaffed but first thing we are told before i ever said a single word, being 1:30pm, "we are not taking no orders ", at least if yall front people will be rejecting custumers yall need to be a little bit polite at least.

Went here today for a quick meal and I was there over 2+ hours waiting on my food. The cashier put the wrong name on my order so that's where the confusion started but after that it only got worse. I placed my order at 11:49 am and didn't get my food until 1pm ish and it wasn't fresh because it was under the wrong name so it was just sitting the entire time getting cold. I asked for a refund because at this point I was starving, now had a headache because of how long I'm waiting and I'm just ready to go. The manager says wait about 30 mins and I'll refund your money and said he would remake my food. Long story short, I wait an additional 30-40 mins so I ask is my order done and he says your money will be back on your card and apparently changed his mind about my food. He got upset and told me my money would be back soon and that he wasn't going to tell me again and told me to leave because I was upset about waiting at a Wingstop for over 2+ hours on food I never got. He cursed me out so I cursed him back out and he said he was calling the police so I left. All in all from service to food to quality you all get a 0/0 because everything was terrible.

Terrible service. I always seem to come back every 2-3 years giving them another chance and it always continues to extremely let me down. The people working at the counter are always catching an attitude. Average wait time for food is 40-45 minutes minimum. Steer clear from this place.
