Came in to pick up an order and was rudely ignored at the counter. This establishment needs to work on their customer service skills. No matter how crowded or overwhelming it gets, never treat paying customers that way.

At the time I complained to their corporate website with my ticket number. It’s been a couple weeks now but this was THE WORST service I’ve EVER had. The 1st & only complaint I’ve made… it was seriously awful & the guy serving at the pickup counter was SO SO SO rude. I added my ticket so MAYBE someone will look it up or watch the video. It was mind blowing how rude he was. Plus it took almost a hour to get my to go wings but I wasn’t even upset about that. He almost made me cry in the dang restaurant. I hate drama & there was zero reason for him ignoring me at first, then skipping over me then telling me to my face in front of the entire restaurant that I was a liar!!!! Please watch the video.

I went in today and waited from 2:43pm-3:35pm for my wings and fries. There were at least 7-10 people that called in pickup and got their food before me and I was there before them.
Very bad hygiene and unsafe food practices! No gloves, flipping the chicken which is covered in sauce and touching the cooks hands, after which they wiped the sauce off of their dirty shirt and go back to making your chicken. Disgusting! I walked right out when I saw it.

Today was the day my husband and I went to Winstop for the first time. The man that was our cashier was amazing, gave us amazing recommendations and had awesome customer service. Even helped us out with suggestions for food when we didn’t know what we wanted (was our first time). I’m mainly writing because those lemon pepper wings were spot on, and I’ll definitely be coming back. 💜

I tried calling just to see if I could order two things as a deal but only got disrespect and a rude employee that didn’t even try staying on the phone to help. She hung up in my face and eventually blocked my number. I only wanted to see if I could get wings and strips now I’m taking my service elsewhere. So disappointing the company hired ppl like that or even be able to answer the phone.
