Lashondra has definitely improved Wingstop tremendously! Great food, customer service, and atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting on a weekly basis.

Deceptively delicious food poisoning

Waited 1hr for 3 chicken strips and fries. Only to be told 30 minutes into waiting they were out of fries. Only 3 or 4 workers were actually working while more and more people piled in. Eventually more people walked in from the back and the smell of weed filled the room. Nobody knew what was going on. There was no sense of urgency and multiple people including me had been waiting for close to an hour. 2 coworkers during this time couldn’t find anything better to do than argue about taking breaks to long of whatever the hell they were arguing about. Between the 2 of them the counter was left unattended and no orders were took. Even if they took more orders they probably wouldn’t have been done till the next day. Employees were also worried more about filling up there own personal drink and talking on the phone instead of helping customers get in and out in a decent amount of time.

Overall the service of this place is beyond awful. Was told my order was ready at 1020 did not get my food until midnight!!! From my Perspective it seems the system of getting food in and out is broken. Customers who came in and ordered were getting food faster than those who been waiting an hour. Went up twice and order still wasn’t being made. Finally went up to just cancel and was told my order was being made right now. An additional 25 minutes later finally got my food only to be greeted with missing cheese fries and a 5 piece wing. The entire crew needs to be retrained.

The food quality has gone downhill... First time I visited it was awesome!!! The Ranch is still great but the chicken was overcooked under seasoned and the size of the pieces have gotten alot smaller. One guy in there was super nice and very helpful but the guy that took my order acted like it was a pain to take my order... For the price of the food, and the quality this time around, I won't go back...

Walked in and the gentleman that was working the front counter was VERY disrespectful! He was very rude over the phone as well, very POOR customer service skills. Doesn’t need to be working in customer service at all. Doesn’t know how to treat his customers the way they’re supposed to be treated.

I asked to make sure it was tossed pls and she said I got a whole line and I don’t appreciate that, at that the store is very poor on cleaning and they never have ice. Kianna has a attitude problem and some other girl that was with her was also rude.
