For the bad reviews that you people left, y’all have to realize how it is working with customers. Y’all expect too much, workers are human just like you. Y’all have to realize that they are not going to make something fresh at your demand if they have something in the case that has only been out of the oven 5-10 minutes. Best pretzel I've had in ages, staffed by some of the friendliest people I've met in a while.
The manager Ricky and the assistant Jaylon were very pleasant and courteous. I chose to wait 20+minutes for my order but Rickey checked in with me multiple times and Jaylon made my orders fresh and quickly. Great service deserves great recognition. A+
