“We stop here for breakfast at least two times a week. The food is always good and hot plus they get it to you fast. It's a busy McDonald's. I would like to compliment the staff too. They really work hard to make your meal experience happy.“
“The food was great and the service was friendly. The girl taking money I think was new and accidentally ran my card for the wrong order. It's OK because it was for a coffee and told her not to worry, I would bless someone with a free coffee. So all went well.“

Parking: We went through the drive thru but they have their parking lot.

“NayQuan and Kiara are superb and provided excellent customer service. I placed an online order but accidentally put drive thru pick-up. The manager Jordan said it's drive-thru. You need to go around to pick it up. NayQuan and Kiara jumped in and changed the order to pick up inside. Jordan's never friendly when I come in, with the customers and boss his employees around like his a ring leader. NayQuan and Kiara are top-notch and should lead the team at this location. Please remove Jordan and put better management for overhead. University location“
“I'm not a fan of restaurants inside gas stations or other building/businesses that do not offer drive thru. This is a hassle if you were just stopping for the restaurant.
Businesses should remember the old or elderly as well as the handicapped and disabled. This is highly inconvenient for them. Also when you have an infant or children in the vehicle, that makes it a different trip all together, lol.“
“Minimal amount of speaking to customers.Sat in one lane of drive thru for over 15min with No service (drove back around building to inside lane and waited 5min for service there.Seems when it's busy or hectic inside customers are spoken to like it's our fault. No empathy or cordial explanations on estimated delay times.“
“Pulled up because I was hungry, drive through atmosphere didn't really count but the people working were so nice and the girl almost gave me the wrong bag and they corrected her but it was positive reinforcement. Food was so fresh it burnt my mouth. Couldn't have asked for a better burger man. High fives team.“

“They were unable to get me my oreo shake because icecream machine was down AGAIN. I promise it's always being cleaned, or put of service. Most Mcdonald I go to ALWAYS has a ice cream machine issue. I just don't even order it here anymore I pretty much skip it all together now and just go straight to sonic. But the staff was kind and did offer another idea in place of the oreo but I wasn't interested. Overall they didn't leave me with a bad impression. They were kind, suggestive, facility was clean so my overall impression is it could have been worse. I give them a 3 out of 5“
