McDonald's in Little Rock

“They were unable to get me my oreo shake because icecream machine was down AGAIN. I promise it's always being cleaned, or put of service. Most Mcdonald I go to ALWAYS has a ice cream machine issue. I just don't even order it here anymore I pretty much skip it all together now and just go straight to sonic. But the staff was kind and did offer another idea in place of the oreo but I wasn't interested. Overall they didn't leave me with a bad impression. They were kind, suggestive, facility was clean so my overall impression is it could have been worse. I give them a 3 out of 5“

“Very friendly staff and food is standard McDonald’s but the staff and cleanliness is way above every other one I’ve been to. Everytime I sit down at this McDonalds, the tables are always clean and the staff are extremely nice and go around to check on the people sitting if they need anything. The manager usually hands me my to go order and she’s a very nice lady.“

“The sweet tea was delicious. It was 95 degrees and so HOT outside. I just came through for something to drink. I was hoping the tea wasn't going to be too sweet and not cool enough. It is perfect. Just sweet enough and it's ice cold!! So refreshing on this hot day!!“

“First time here. Employees were all so nice helped me carry things to the play area for my kids even brought us straws. Was standing at the front counter had just paid and a guy asked if I had got my order yet. Food was good, very friendly/kid friendly place!“

“Reshun Manager on Friday had all five children place different orders on mobile app inside NEICE CODE WAS REDEEMED TIMED IUT MANAGER NEVER APPROACHED CALLED HOSTILE PLEASE-REVIEW CAMERAS RUGHT Before returning TOO KATE NIGHT SHIFT I HAD TO RUSH TO BASELINE JUST FOR FRIES AFTER LITERALLY FIVE IF MY CHILDREN AWAITED MANAGERBTO COME OVER 20mins from wherever on the phone and VERY RUDE. 👎👎“

“This location has gotten my food order right every time I have driven through. The staff at the windows has always been nice about answering questions. I am mostly happy with my food from here. One time my hash brown was ice cold and they replaced it without being mean. Another time my hamburger was really really greasy but I didn't open it until I got home about 5 minutes from receiving it and didn't want to drive back there. The 4 stars is because they don't always have all the soft drinks available and the staff should assure that they are watching all the time stamps and serving hot.“

“Minimal amount of speaking to customers.Sat in one lane of drive thru for over 15min with No service (drove back around building to inside lane and waited 5min for service there.Seems when it's busy or hectic inside customers are spoken to like it's our fault. No empathy or cordial explanations on estimated delay times.“

“I'm not a fan of restaurants inside gas stations or other building/businesses that do not offer drive thru. This is a hassle if you were just stopping for the restaurant.

Businesses should remember the old or elderly as well as the handicapped and disabled. This is highly inconvenient for them. Also when you have an infant or children in the vehicle, that makes it a different trip all together, lol.“

“Pulled up because I was hungry, drive through atmosphere didn't really count but the people working were so nice and the girl almost gave me the wrong bag and they corrected her but it was positive reinforcement. Food was so fresh it burnt my mouth. Couldn't have asked for a better burger man. High fives team.“

“I’m not a big McDonald’s eater, but this is the closest fast food restaurant to my office. They are always quick and nice. But my favorite part is the fries are always hot and fresh. I haven’t gone there once without getting fresh fries that I didn’t have to ask for. 10/10“

“So many negative reviews. I have never had a real problem with this location. I have had to wait on a couple of things, but no big deal. This is not a Michelin restaurant. It’s fast food with irresponsible teens working there. You have to expect some hiccups. Every McDonald’s will have a problem. What restaurant doesn’t?“
