“Overall, a great visit. probably the fastest and most polite Popeyes I’ve been to in central Arkansas. Hands down.
Only hiccup was that I ordered a tender meal and ended up with a regular 3-piece instead. By the time I noticed, it was too late to fix. Thankfully, the food was still incredibly good, so no real complaints.“
“My favorite Popeyes location in and around the city. I have a Popeyes closer to home, but I prefer this place. My chicken comes out fresh, hot, and faster than other locations. The drive-thru workers have been consistently nice folks for me. They have the operations smooth and the staff here trained well.“
“The service was exceptional. My order was removed of the serving screen by accident but the problem was corrected. I ended up with a free meal for the mishap. The lady was very courteous and polite. She went above and beyond with a smile to fix the issue. The service and food was great. I would recommend this location and will definitely return. Thanks for the exceptional service.“
“Haven’t had fast food in quite some time decided to try Popeyes for the second time ever in my life… spicy tenders aren’t spicy but fries were good and the lady did her job so I can’t complain…also tip your cashier .. it goes a long way just to be thankful to have someone serve you without an attitude“

“4 months ago: Horrible! Stopped here to get food on the way to an appointment. There was no one in line so I figured this was going to be quick. There were several workers standing around and someone who looked like a manager was working with the food. I stood there for five minutes and the only person who acknowledged my existence asked me I ordered whatever it was she was working on. I told her no, I hadn’t ordered yet. She turned around and they continued to ignore me. I finally left to go to my appointment with no lunch. Customer service seems to have disappeared in many places since Covid. I love Popeyes but don’t bother with this place unless you have a lot of free time on your hands.
Today: Came back because I love Popeyes. Seems to be under new management. Got served right away. Friendly staff. Food was good.“
“Honestly, I can’t believe I’m leaving a 5 star review bc honestly before tonight, I can’t say I would given this location that high of rate. The young man tonight I believe manager tonight was amazing! I arrived 30 mins before closing and he and the staff were super friendly; the food was fresh (surprisingly) and he was overall happy to serve us even at the end of the day!!! I’m not sure of his name but he was a taller white gentleman. Closing on the night of 06/25/25. Im order number 32. I had two orders for coco!! Please keep him at this location!!“
