“It’s truly in the details here. From the rabbits featured right down to the drinks, to the colorful art, exposed brick, lighting- the whole place is such a vibe. And that’s just the building. The food is just not what you expect to find in Arkansas. And again, it’s in the details. Everything is made from scratch. Not just from scratch but locally sourced fruits and vegetables. From the freshness of the dressings to the rich flavor of the sauces, you can’t go wrong with a single menu item. The key lime pie martini is a dessert in a cup. The chef here deserves all the compliments because there has been a lot of care and love put into the items on this menu. We drove 2 hours and I’m thrilled to say I already can’t wait to do it again. Thank you to each person there for making it feel like home.“

“This was my first visit to Rue's Place

The onion rings were cooked to perfection and were perfectly made and flavorful. I would have liked to have a few more as far as portion sizes.

Atmosphere:
The atmosphere at the time of our visit was quiet and comfortable and cool ? inside .

Restroom ? The restrooms were clean, neat and orderly.

For a small town restaurant, the overall prices here seem to be a little much.
I think it would be a far better deal if the sides were to come with the entrees instead of being separate.

“We visited this Waffle House in Lonoke Ar. today, 7/2/2022. The cook “Stephen” was the ONLY ONE DOING ANYTHING. The manager and district manager were both there plus, several young people. Stephen was cooking, stocking and greeting, great personality. The rest of the crew were talking, playing and having a big time. Stephen deserves many accolades for his work ethics. Our food was great and he made sure we were happy with our order. As as manager/supervisor of several C Stores in Ms. I would have had to replace all except Stephen. Fantastic worker.“
