“I really like this new Lowell location Starbucks! I live pretty close and my boyfriend and I stop by here all the time! It's drive thru only, but I don't mind. We do mobile orders and they are always super fast. Some days the coffee is better than others, it's kind of hit or miss. But we still go regularly lol. We go to two different ones pretty often and this location is definely faster than the pleasant grove. And employees are much nicer ?“

“It was the same as every other McDonalds. I realize it's the trend- but I just don't know that I'll ever get used to paying a premium price while staff watch me place my own order on Kiosk. I had always assumed that you pay more for food because someone else is taking your order and making your food. If I were rating their drive-thru it would be a 1 in every category.“
