Everyone at this location is it extremely funny and kind. My coworkers and I are regulars and go at least twice a week. Every time we order in advance, our food is ready by the time that we arrive and my order has never been wrong. This is the only Jimmy John’s I go to. They offer the best service, especially Shastelyn. I recommend everyone go to this location always because of how great the customer service is.
Belsie was one of the most funniest, kind and helpful people i’ve met in a long time! Her generosity and work ethic is through the roof!! Gonna stop here more often for this amazing young lady!
I had such a great experience at Jimmy John’s thanks to Shastelyn! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The service was quick, and she kept such a positive attitude the whole time. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—Shastelyn made my visit amazing! 😊

Jimmy John's offers extremely funny and kind service, with regulars visiting at least twice a week. Orders placed in advance are ready upon arrival, and the service is quick with a positive attitude. One employee, Shastelyn, was super friendly, patient, and made sure orders were exactly right, showing she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Another employee, Belsie, was one of the most funniest, kind and helpful people, with generosity and work ethic through the roof.
However, some experiences differ. One sandwich reminded a customer of a prepackaged sandwich out of a vending machine, with hardly anything there. The bread and meat have changed, resembling subway, and the #7 "spicy" Italian had mayonnaise as the predominant flavor, with dense bread and bland, few toppings. The location is in a truck stop, so atmosphere is limited, though it was clean and the people were nice and fast. A previous issue at another location involved a lettuce wrap that was literally 95% lettuce. The Burrito Bar was missed, and for Jersey Mikes or Firehouse fans, this may disappoint.
