“Stopped into this Subway recently and had a really solid experience from start to finish. First off, the place itself is clean and modern, which honestly makes a big difference when you’re grabbing food on the go. Everything looked well maintained, the dining area was tidy, and it didn’t have that worn-down feel some locations can get over time.

Service was impressively quick, even though they were moving steadily. Jeremy was the one who helped me, and he was genuinely friendly and upbeat while making my sandwich. He didn’t rush me, answered questions without sounding annoyed, and actually seemed to care about getting the order right. That kind of customer service goes a long way and really stands out these days.

I ordered a grilled chicken sub, and it hit the spot. The chicken was hot and well-cooked, the toppings were fresh, and it was put together neatly instead of sloppily thrown together. Paired it with a Pepsi Zero, which was exactly what I needed.

The location is also super convenient, whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, or just a quick bite while running errands. Overall, this Subway delivers exactly what you want: fast service, friendly staff, a clean environment, and a consistently good sandwich. “I should have posted this earlier but life has been a bit hectic. On 12/1 my husband went in for an angiogram and the news wasn’t good. 3 veins were 90% blocked and his coronary artery was 99% blocked. They admitted him and did a 4 way bypass on 12/3. It was either the Friday or Saturday after that he didn’t care for the hospital food and requested Jersey Mike’s. I knew he wouldn’t eat much of it so no harm done and why not? Not to mention, I love Jersey Mike’s as well. The lady making our sandwiches asked what brought me in and when I told her what happened she said our order was taken care of and refused to let me pay for it. How great is that?! So grateful for the kindness that you showed and it will not be forgotten! God Bless!!“

“Haven’t been to this store in about a year, I noticed a significant change in customer service and cleanliness, our sandwiches were made to perfection with genuine smiles and greetings. Heather and Seven were our Sandwich makers and were quick and accurate. Will go back to this store again when going to Subway even though a farther drive because customer service and experience was that good.

“Sub was truly good and for that we will likely be back.

However the service was not good. I was asked by 4 different people what my order was. One simply asked what my order was then explained what its toppings were before walking away… I’m aware of what its toppings are, I ordered the sub!

I think the main issue is the ordering process isn’t made clear to the employees or the customer. For example, do I order my shake with the guy making the sandwich or with the guy at the register?

Sandwich guy seems busy making sandwiches, perhaps it’s the guy at the register but no, register guy told me I was suppose to order it sandwich guy… ok, thanks for tell me your coworker wasn’t doing his job?

The issue is clearly with the process. Many other companies (Panda Express, Chipotle, Crisp and Green) have figured this out and make it easy for the customer. Please do the same so the next visit is better for us and for the staff.“

“Stopped by this morning to grab lunch for my wife and I. What exceptional service. The food was great. The gentleman that took my order was so courteous. He thanked me and ensured I knew how they appreciated me. When my order was ready, the lady who prepared it thanked me and wished me a great day. They also gave me a drink carrier and held the door open for me as I exited. You don’t see this type of service at a fast food restaurant anymore. Made me smile. “I visit this subway quite a bit. They always make a good sandwich and usually have a great attitude despite seemingly always being busy. Tonight I came in and found the worker, Noah, busily preparing multiple online orders. Myself and another gentleman came in at the same time. I felt stressed for Noah but he remained calm, friendly, and professional. Kudos to him! This location, as many are I’m sure, seems usually understaffed, but they do a great job nonetheless.“

“I feel like Jimmy John’s kinda gets a bad rap and people just kind of think it’s your typical sandwich place. I actually like the consistency of having a sandwich that generally tastes pretty good has relatively good ingredient on it and at the end of the day it taste good the one thing that I’ll say about maybe Jimmy Johnson in general is that we used to be freaky fast it really doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. If you go through the drive-through, you’re gonna be sitting there for a long time so I would recommend either getting it delivered or replacing your order online and picking it up in the store at the end of the day. I’ll probably still keep going to Jimmy John’s because frankly, I like it.“

“Today at the Subway on sunset in Springdale the woman at the counter was outstanding if I have never given a Google review before but her customer service was so great that it inspired me to do this for the first time, she was kind, very informative and knowledgeable about the sandwiches, and patient with me even after I did not know what I wanted whoever hired her and trained her has a great judge of character she made my sandwich to perfection the vegetables were crisp and fresh and absolutely delicious, not to mention the presentation of the sandwich was divine. “Schlotzsky’s is a solid go-to. Great choice when I don’t know where else to go. I had the Greek salad and it was fresh and flavorful, definitely hit the spot. My wife always gets the kids pizza meal, which is a great value and makes it easy for everyone to be happy. Food comes out quick, service is fast, and everything feels fresh. Hard to beat for a quick, reliable meal.“

“Nice renovated place and great people behind the counter......BUT the drinks selections are awful here. Only one no sugar option besides the bottled water. Not everyone wants to be a diabetic and 300 pounds. I am prediabetic and this bothers me, as I would like to have my sandwich with a good unsweet ice tea or a zero sugar option like Ryl Tea drink. We Americans are fat and have heart disease because of poor options like they have here to drink. Look at the photos. I hope the franchise owner fixes this or people will drive further for another subway place. One drink even had 146% daily intake of sugar!! All but one has at least >50% daily intake of sugar in one drink.“
