“Really good food. Would have been 5 stars if their card processing system wasn't down. We had to place the order online. We also asked for pickles and pepperoni on one sandwich when we placed the online order. When they brought out the sandwich it didn't have pickles or pepperoni on it. When I asked them why they said they didn't have pepperoni. I wondered why they didn't at least put pickles on it, and tell me they didn't have pepperoni when they brought us the sandwich?“

“Called to make sure what time they close - 9pm. Got here at 8:43. Door is locked. Two guys behind the counter, one counting money. Sound of me pulling on the locked door startled the guy with his hat on backwards, but he made sure he pretended he didn’t see or hear me pull on the door. He absconded to the back as quickly as he could to avoid making eye contact. Obviously the equipment has been off for some time as the make-up line looks completely cleaned.I know it’s summer and a holiday coming up, but the staff shouldn’t be closing early without approval from the boss. But, I’ve eaten here a lot and it’s very good otherwise.“

“If you are looking for the best salads or sandwiches, you’ve found the spot. We had lunch catered yesterday and it was all fantastic. I’m a little bit of a snob when it comes to dressings and all of their salad dressings tasted so fresh. Very big fan! The tea and lemonade were amazing, as were the cookies. “Today I got the BLT-A for lunch and to say it was amazing is an understatement. The bread was perfectly toasted, the bacon crisp but not burnt and the avocado and tomato tasted miraculously in season for it being the end of December. The woman who took our order was really friendly and patient, she double-checked to make sure our order was correct. While the decor and seating could perhaps use some updating, it is a comfortable spot and easy to find a seat. We asked for some extra dipping sauce for my daughter's pretzel bites and they brought it out right away. And even though it is a place where you order up front and they bring your food out, there is always staff nearby offering to clear the table when you are done eating or get refills on your drinks. Everyone was honestly exceptional, and we had a great lunch. I don't know if I will ever order anything else there, because the BLT-A was so dang good, but I imagine you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I did not take any pictures because there was nothing was going to come between me and that delicious sandwich!“

“I absolutely love Firehouse and most of their locations, and this specific one is THE flagship store in all of Northwest Arkansas. All of the staff are efficient, friendly, and can make a damn good sub. It's very rare when they make mistakes on my orders, but they fix them extremely quickly when I point them out. They knock it out of the park compared to every other location I've been to.“

“Went to Firehouse in Fayetteville this evening..great subs as always BUT y’all had 1 poor kid working. That’s it. He was taking orders and making the sandwiches with no help…and he was busting his butt too!! He should get double pay for his hours tonight!!“
“Ordered online for delivery and they forgot to put 2 subs in the bag. Before I got the order Zak called to inform me of what may have happened and to call back if that was the case. He was nice enough to deliver the missing subs himself. Thanks again!!“
“Overall, it is very good. The staff is pretty nice overall. Portions are inconsistent compared to other Subway locations. Sometimes, they are spot on. Other times, they are pretty skimpy. I try not to order online because I tend to get much lighter portions of the rotisserie chicken. However, there are some online specials that I can't pass up, so I try to remember to order double protein to be safe. There is a huge dining area! I had an issue once that was resolved by an area supervisor in a professional manner that exceeded my expectations. Like I said, a very good Subway.“
“I am not a big fan of Subs but every once in a while I treat myself. Subway is never my first choice but it was late not in The mood to cook and it was on the way.I have been back 3 times since. The young man that served us was awesome. Didn't get his name but he had an awesome mustache. He was engaging and thorough mad made me one hell of a sandwich. We came back and it was a different person and the service was just as good and a different person the third time and same thing. I don't know who the owner is but kiddos. You have fantastic people working for you and they are doing a helluva job representing your business.“
“The app is pretty on point and gives great deals but atleast at this location the staffs order accuracy is just a notch above what you'd expect at any place making sandwhiches and let alone online or through the app ( meaning top notch) They nail it! I Hope all locations are like this one! Never had a problem with this chain...“
“My buddy and I came into the store with a rather large request consisting of an entire catering platter within 20 minutes in order to get it to a wedding. They took the challenge head on and successfully completed the task all while helping other customers and dealing with a woman that more than likely hates her life.“
