“Stopped into this Subway recently and had a really solid experience from start to finish. First off, the place itself is clean and modern, which honestly makes a big difference when you’re grabbing food on the go. Everything looked well maintained, the dining area was tidy, and it didn’t have that worn-down feel some locations can get over time.

Service was impressively quick, even though they were moving steadily. Jeremy was the one who helped me, and he was genuinely friendly and upbeat while making my sandwich. He didn’t rush me, answered questions without sounding annoyed, and actually seemed to care about getting the order right. That kind of customer service goes a long way and really stands out these days.

I ordered a grilled chicken sub, and it hit the spot. The chicken was hot and well-cooked, the toppings were fresh, and it was put together neatly instead of sloppily thrown together. Paired it with a Pepsi Zero, which was exactly what I needed.

The location is also super convenient, whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, or just a quick bite while running errands. Overall, this Subway delivers exactly what you want: fast service, friendly staff, a clean environment, and a consistently good sandwich. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this location without hesitation.“

“Everyone at this location is it extremely funny and kind. My coworkers and I are regulars and go at least twice a week. Every time we order in advance, our food is ready by the time that we arrive and my order has never been wrong. This is the only Jimmy John’s I go to. They offer the best service, especially Shastelyn. I recommend everyone go to this location always because of how great the customer service is.“

“Sandwiches were definitely sizable and overall good. My chipotle cheesesteak lacked flavor. Needed salt and pepper and the chipotle Mayo had no flavor. Just a few tweaks and it would make it worth what we paid.“

“Wow — so impressed! My husband and I have been wanting to try in person but haven’t had the time. We even signed up for the text message promos months ago with intentions of stopping by. Today is Memorial Day and I’ve been sick and decided to door dash Capriotti’s and we are blown away. Everything was perfect and so fresh. “Chicken Salad Chick is fantastic across the board! They have been going to the Mercy Hospital in Rogers on a handful of Fridays to serve as the lunch special and not only is the food fresh and totally delicious the customer service is above and beyond. They are so kind, enthusiastic about the products and just a joy to have there. I work at Mercy as an independent vendor and I always look forward to it! If you haven't tried it yet, definitely check them out!“

“This is the cutest place to take a friend to lunch.

I ordered Lauryn’s Lemon Basil, Mac n cheese and a fruit cup. The meal came with a tiny Vanilla cookie. Staff is kind, and buss the tables. I saw staff cleaning.

I like how you have to walk to the back of the restaurant to order, and then seat, as this layout prevents crowding.

When I was eating I didn’t feel rushed, a rare feeling these days. Chicken Salad chick is a place where time slows down and you have the option to peacefully enjoy tasty chicken salad! Will be visiting again.“

“The portions are amazing. We split a small steak BLT between ourselves and a large fries and it was more than enough to fill us. But we did buy a large wagyu cheesesteak with lettuce and tomatoes and peppers, and OMG, it was incredible. It's too bad we were too full from the steak BLT. We were able to get a bite each of the wagyu sandwich to taste it, but we have to save it for another meal. We had the sandwiches gutted and the bread component was just perfect. I especially like the coleslaw. It's not sweet and it's not sour. It's perfect. And they let you taste it to be sure you want it before you buy it. The staff was amazing. They were helpful, friendly, and quick. All in all, it was definitely a five-star experience, perhaps even six stars. We haven't been to Subway in years because we had moved to Firehouse Subs, which were immensely better than Subways. However, Capriotti's beats them all hands down. We won't be going to any other sandwich shop from now on. And amazingly enough, the prices are great. Very affordable, great portion size and exceptional food quality. A wonderful taste experience.“

“Placed an online order yesterday. But I got the address wrong and showed up here. So I reordered the Italian 5 meat. I was trying to look up the other stores number so I could cancel the order but was getting sandwich questions. I thought, I'll just eat the charge for being stupid. But about an hour later I get an email letting me know that my order was cancelled and my card was refunded. So someone from this store took care of this for me. THANK YOU. And the sandwich was delicious.“

“I should have posted this earlier but life has been a bit hectic. On 12/1 my husband went in for an angiogram and the news wasn’t good. 3 veins were 90% blocked and his coronary artery was 99% blocked. They admitted him and did a 4 way bypass on 12/3. It was either the Friday or Saturday after that he didn’t care for the hospital food and requested Jersey Mike’s. I knew he wouldn’t eat much of it so no harm done and why not? Not to mention, I love Jersey Mike’s as well. The lady making our sandwiches asked what brought me in and when I told her what happened she said our order was taken care of and refused to let me pay for it. How great is that?! So grateful for the kindness that you showed and it will not be forgotten! God Bless!!“

“I used Pickleman's recently to cater an office lunch. I was relieved to see how smooth the ordering process was online, and when I showed up at my pick-up time, all my items were neatly packed and ready for transportation (which was a big thing for me!). Pickleman's was a crowd pleaser, and I would like to try having their toasted sandwiches catered next time around.“

The food, and service here is good. Always a great place to stop by if you don’t know what to eat but want a simple sandwich and soup to keep you warm. Stopped by here with the family and we each grabbed half a sandwich, and a side.“

He thanked me and ensured I knew how they appreciated me. When my order was ready, the lady who prepared it thanked me and wished me a great day. They also gave me a drink carrier and held the door open for me as I exited. You don’t see this type of service at a fast food restaurant anymore. Made me smile. “I visit this subway quite a bit. They always make a good sandwich and usually have a great attitude despite seemingly always being busy. Tonight I came in and found the worker, Noah, busily preparing multiple online orders. Myself and another gentleman came in at the same time. I felt stressed for Noah but he remained calm, friendly, and professional. Kudos to him! This location, as many are I’m sure, seems usually understaffed, but they do a great job nonetheless.“

“Nice renovated place and great people behind the counter......BUT the drinks selections are awful here. Only one no sugar option besides the bottled water. Not everyone wants to be a diabetic and 300 pounds. I am prediabetic and this bothers me, as I would like to have my sandwich with a good unsweet ice tea or a zero sugar option like Ryl Tea drink. We Americans are fat and have heart disease because of poor options like they have here to drink. Look at the photos. I hope the franchise owner fixes this or people will drive further for another subway place. One drink even had 146% daily intake of sugar!! All but one has at least >50% daily intake of sugar in one drink.“

“I feel like Jimmy John’s kinda gets a bad rap and people just kind of think it’s your typical sandwich place. I actually like the consistency of having a sandwich that generally tastes pretty good has relatively good ingredient on it and at the end of the day it taste good the one thing that I’ll say about maybe Jimmy Johnson in general is that we used to be freaky fast it really doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. If you go through the drive-through, you’re gonna be sitting there for a long time so I would recommend either getting it delivered or replacing your order online and picking it up in the store at the end of the day. I’ll probably still keep going to Jimmy John’s because frankly, I like it.“
