They have the process down. We line up at the front door, they check us in by name, lock our phones, and walk us to our seats. We drink, eat, mingle with people around us. Easy. The waitstaff seems to work hard, the hosts are upbeat and welcoming, but most importantly the restrooms are clean! During the show, there's a way to signal you need table service. I've never been to a comedy show before and I had a great time! The food was pretty good and the service was good too! I haven't enjoyed myself that much in a long time! Will definitely return.

First time at the grove and we had a good time. From walking in the door, being checked in, locking up phones, to being seated and served, it was easy and friendly.
