“We’re frequent visitors to Theo’s in Rogers and it never disappoints! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, and the staff goes above and beyond to make each visit special. Both the filet and the ribeye are consistently outstanding — perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with flavor. The fact that the beef is locally sourced is a huge draw for us. The wine selection is excellent, with great pairings that really elevate the experience. Whether it's a casual night out or a special occasion, Theo’s is one of our favorite spots in NWA!“

“I had such an incredible experience at Big Whiskey’s, and it was all thanks to Mikayla behind the bar. From the moment I sat down, she was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. You can tell right away when someone truly enjoys what they do & Mikayla’s energy completely elevated the entire atmosphere.

Not only were the drinks perfectly crafted (seriously, some of the best I’ve had), but she also made amazing recommendations based on what I liked. Everything came out quickly, tasted incredible, and was made with obvious skill and care.

What stood out the most, though, was her professionalism. During my visit, there was a situation involving a tab that had been walked out on the night before. The customer came back the next day and tried to avoid paying it, and Mikayla handled the entire situation with impressive composure. She remained calm, respectful, and firm, addressing the issue in a way that was both professional and effective. It was clear she knew exactly how to handle a difficult situation without letting it disrupt the experience for everyone else.

She balanced a busy bar effortlessly while still making everyone feel like a priority. Friendly, professional, and just the right amount of personable. It made the whole experience feel special rather than just another night out.

If you’re going to Big Whiskey’s, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar with Mikayla. Great drinks are expected, but this kind of service is rare. I’ll absolutely be back!“

“Our first experience left us wanting to go back. The quality of the food was exceptional! Having alpha gal and for the first time in a year being able to have a burger was the best! “Ate here for the first time weeks ago and let me just say this is one of the few places that has been able to satisfy my pregnancy cravings! Got takeout tonight and when I tell you I’m the kind of person who notices asap if my order is off or missing something I was so focused on how good the food was it took me an hour to notice they forgot my banana pudding. I went back in to let them know and was handed a quart size pudding (even tho I only ordered a small) and was met with instant kindness !! Highly recommend this place it is so hard to find good, cheap food especially bbq and good customer service now a days!
