“When I was little, I used to live in Crystal River Florida. There was a tiny little place that served cheeseburgers, and I had never had a burger that tasted like it in my life. Besides there my whole life, I looked for places that might’ve had the same taste of burgers and I could never find anyone that had a burger that tasted like the burgers I used to get when I was 5 to 8 years old. I went to Culver’s and they had it the butter burger. I’ve never been more happier in my life to find that burger again, it taste exactly like I remember it and I just am happier than I could ever be that. I finally got to eat one of those burgers again after 51 years of looking for the butter burger I didn’t know what it was called. I didn’t know what was different about it. I just knew the flavor was amazing and I had to have another one go to Culver’s guys. The butter burgers are the best.“

The first night we stopped in for a quick bite before the game and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Hannah (a fellow Texan, which automatically made her fabulous). “I had such an incredible experience at Big Whiskey’s, and it was all thanks to Mikayla behind the bar. From the moment I sat down, she was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. You can tell right away when someone truly enjoys what they do & Mikayla’s energy completely elevated the entire atmosphere.

Not only were the drinks perfectly crafted (seriously, some of the best I’ve had), but she also made amazing recommendations based on what I liked. Everything came out quickly, tasted incredible, and was made with obvious skill and care.

What stood out the most, though, was her professionalism. During my visit, there was a situation involving a tab that had been walked out on the night before. The customer came back the next day and tried to avoid paying it, and Mikayla handled the entire situation with impressive composure. She remained calm, respectful, and firm, addressing the issue in a way that was both professional and effective. It was clear she knew exactly how to handle a difficult situation without letting it disrupt the experience for everyone else.

She balanced a busy bar effortlessly while still making everyone feel like a priority. Friendly, professional, and just the right amount of personable. It made the whole experience feel special rather than just another night out.

If you’re going to Big Whiskey’s, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar with Mikayla. Great drinks are expected, but this kind of service is rare. I’ll absolutely be back!“

“I decided to try this place for the first time on Sunday night after hearing great things and I don’t remember the server girl I had she was ok ig but the reason I will be back is that Sea Bass the presentation really sold it for me it looked so appetising on the plate and tasted even better“

“We ordered a barbecue meal for a party of 30. It was great!!! We had pulled pork and chicken, potato salad, coleslaw, buns, pickles, sliced onion and barbecue sauce. All of our guests were raving about the delicious food!! Tammy was so helpful and easy to work with at order and pick up. The cold food was cold and the hot food was hot. We would definitely do that again!“
