Not only did they correct it, they went beyond what was necessary and included some free items! You really don’t see that often! After all, everyone makes mistakes! “This was my first time eating here. Staff was friendly and the food was better than I expected. Although it was pricey for a burger and fries. Online menu prices are outdated. I spent 34$ for me and my 11yo son. We both got a regular cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Too bad they don't have an indoor dining area.”

“The rolls are so good! The fig bars are so flavorful and soft. Of course the gingerbread men, sugar cookies, dot cookies and the kokaches are amazing too! I have ordered specialty cupcakes, cookies and cakes several times and I have never been disappointed. The owners and staff are so friendly and willingly to help.”

Orange chicken is a great neutral pick. It's not the most flavorful orange chicken I've ever had, but it's definitely not bad.
The side rice was ok.
The spring rolls were really good and flavorful.
No kids options for picky eaters.

The bummer is that they don't use the Panda express app or, to my knowledge, have online ordering. It is available to the public and not just for students. So if you are new to the area, I hope this is helpful.

Parking: You have to drive into the student dorm area which has a small panda sign at the driveway, then fork left, and there is a building that looks like a student lounge or study building. Panda express has a direct access door on the left side of the building but you can also enter the main double door and enter Panda on the left inner door.”

“Trey courteously took my order and made my tuna sandwich. The sandwich was ready before I could get my drink. Crazy fast. The staff here looks like enjoy doing their job and working with each other. The sandwich was made to perfection with fresh ingredients. The store was clean and well stocked. Excellent customer service. Good job JJ.”

“We had not eaten at BYB for some time due to extremely long wait times and poor service, however we were in no rush this past weekend and decided this is what we wanted. I must say, much improved all the way around! Table service was exceptional with a great waitress, wait time wasn’t bad at all, and the food was exceptional as it has always been. And let me add, my husband and I split a rack of ribs with two sides and the cost was at least $10 less than a well known fish restaurant in town! Great job!!”

“We almost drove by based on the negative reviews but we were ready for coffee so decided to turn around and give it a whirl.
The drive thru service was friendly and prompt. The coffee (medium roast hot and medium cold brew) was delicious and the egg bites were also delicious!
The gal who took care of us at the window was pleasant and we’d probably swing back through the next time we are in the area.”

“I had a really big order due to my coworkers loving chick fil a as much as i do. I was nervous since it was a lot and could be very stressful. however the staff was amazing and so nice and helpful. the order was correct and everyone was very happy and impressed! just had to take a second to brag on the chick fil a workers thank you!!!”

“Prices were very reasonable. Portions were big and the shrimp chimichanga was really good. $5 for a large pour beer was defientky worth it.
However there is an automatic gratuity so be prepared for that.”

“If you ever want to go somewhere for great tasting food, I'd recommend Chick-A-Dilly. I love the chicken, the chicken livers, the fried okra, the fish, and the sweet tea. When I go out to eat, this is my most favorite spot. I don't know if this is every Chick-A-Dilly, but the one in Magnolia only takes cash or local checks. I don't think you can dine-in at the Magnolia location right now either, but you can still go to the drive- through or go inside, and get food to go.”

Your manager, Trina, was very patient with me and ensured that resubmitted my order to the correct location in AR. Thank you Trina! Whataburger, you have a a solid leader in her!
