“The food was amazing! We met the owner he was working hard in the back and then came to the front for a break when it got close to closing. He was so nice, he made us feel like family! My husband had the lasagna it was great but mine was better, my kid has a pizza and we all agreed it was the best! lol. They Also have a window where you can watch them make the pizzas. Kids love it. I had the scallops in a cream sauce cooked to Perfection!! The dessert omg. And the ice cream they have gotten shipped in from NOLA for I think he said 50 yrs . It is a wonderful, busy atmosphere . I can't say anything negative about this place. If you have to wait which we did...Wait it's so worth it!!!! Fyi it's first come first serve. No reservations!!“

And if I'm feeling fancy, I get some on the half shell... The people who come with me love the fried shrimp and the smoked fish dip. They also recommend the woodgrilled and oysters Rockefeller. Onion rings to die for. Waitstaff is kind, friendly, and PATIENT ♥️“

“First time customer for Mr. Hui’s. I had ordered Beef Chow Fun from them the night before from the night before. I had explained I was going into Little Rock for work and I haven’t had beef Chow fun in over 5 years. It’s one of my favorite Asian dishes. I then ordered the Mongolian beef about 40 minutes before the pick up time for Mr. Hui’s. The dishes were delicious and made on time. We intend on going back Mr. Hui’s again when the chance arises.“

“Their Moo Goo Gai Pan at the downtown location is so fresh and tasty that if parking wasn't the problem, it would be dangerous that it is only a 12 minute drive from my house. My granddaughter has dubbed their egg drop soup. the best she has ever eaten. Not only is the food great, but I like their happy hour for coctails too. And the staff is friendly and alert. It's a favorite!“

“Tried Red Snapper for the first time and although they were out of whole snapper my husband and I got some catfish and shrimp and I just have to say everything was phenomenal! I had been craving fish in LR and other restaurants fish is never fresh enough. Always a weird texture or fishy after taste, this fish didn’t have any of that and the seasoning was on point! Young man at the window was polite and helpful, working on thanksgiving as well! S/o to him!“

We don’t like coming into restaurants close to close however when we asked if they would be able to seat us without it putting them in a bind 30 minutes before close the cook and waiter/cashier were beyond accommodating and so kind! It was our family’s first time dining at an establishment like this and let me tell you my daughter LOVED every second of it. They were so attentive to us and we tried to be as clean and as quick as possible but they did not rush us by any means and they gave my kiddo the full experience and she just had a blast. She danced and “choo choo’d” her little behind off and ate up her Mac and cheese. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone!!“

“From my 11-year-old son (word for word): You should go to Yaya’s. They have great food. My personal favorite is the kids smoked pizza. They smoke it perfectly, and it tastes good. The waiters are nice too. They ask you what you want in a nice way and get to you not too fast and not too slow. An that concludes my report.“

I felt pure joy. I mean nobody hooks people up like this nowadays. the freshness was on point the portions were on point. i even lifted up the paper the fish and frys were on and there was a whole half an onion. and pickles tons of sauce and two toast and Louisiana hot sauce and coleslaw. like the onion was perfect dont nobody know what its like to smack down some fish and onion and pickles yall took me back to my child hood of a lil arkansas boy. you could taste the love and care in every bite.
