“My husband and I drove all the way from England to eat here. The service was poor, the building is old, it was hot inside. It took 10 minutes for us to get our drinks. The appetizer was not that good. The coleslaw was warm and after waiting 35 minutes and still not getting our food, we went to the front and said we'd pay for the drinks and appetizer and we will leave. The waitress was lazy and slow. Walked by our table a few times when there was an empty basket sitting there and our drinks almost empty. Didn't bother to take the basket or refill drinks. A table behind us was getting cleaned, people sat down and not 10 minutes later got their food and we were still waiting on ours. Never again. What really got me is when the manager or owner...not sure who he was, said something to the waitress and she said something about it being a Saturday night. Im assuming she was saying it was busy. There was literally 10 tables full in the whole place and there was 4 waitresses. Im sorry, but if you think that was busy, you'd never make it somewhere like Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn on a Friday or Saturday night. Maybe waitressing is not for you.“

“I was so impressed at Red lobster in North Little Rock, AR last night. Greeted when my buddy and I walked in the door. Then the manager super nice guy greeted us. We were seated and our waitress was on top of it. Drinks, delicious biscuits hot fresh, stuffed mushrooms and lobster dip, did not disappoint either of us. We each had the boiling bag seafood 🍤. Excellent choice I had seen the advertisement on tv had to have it. Happy customers, great staff I’ll be back to this location 💯. “The service here is great! I’m from out of town, but we went here the last time I visited and decided to come back. KATIE WAS AMAZING! It was my granny’s 95th birthday and Katie brought out a plate for dessert with “happy birthday” written on it with a candle and it was so special. If I could give Katie a 10/5 I would.“

“We just had a great birthday dinner at Rivera tonight. Food was great, everyone had leftovers. Salad, bread and wine were great as well. Wonderful service. Owner stopped by with birthday wishes. Highly recommend!“

“This place was once upon a time a hidden jewel. I visited this place regularly for years with exceptional service and quality of food. I made the recommendation to eat here to many of my out of town colleges, though I haven’t been there in a while. I recently had lunch with friends and was dissatisfied with the food and service. A shrimp poor boy should have more than 2 shrimp, and the sandwich was dry.“

“I’ve been getting takeout from Orient Express for the last 15 years, and that alone should tell you everything. The food is always hot, fresh, and consistently good, which is a rare standard in today's customer service environment.
The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and they’ve never given me a reason to stop coming back. Whether I’m grabbing dinner after a long day or just craving dependable Chinese takeout, Orient Express has always been my go-to spot.
After 15 years, they’ve earned my loyalty. Great food, fast service, and a local restaurant worth supporting. Highly recommend.“

“Fantastic place to eat Crab, Shrimp, or Crawfish. They have multiple different spice/flavor variations.
You can make your own boil essentially. For instance, I didn't want to deal with breaking apart Crab, so I got a pound of shrimp, and a half a pound of sausage, hot, cajun flavor. It came with like 3 potatoes, and 2 small corn cobs. Was about $40. Was fantastic. Would definitely eat here again. Messy though, but this kinda food is messy, so yeah.“
