Sonic Drive-In is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experience. While the ice cream and drinks are often praised for their quality and taste, the food quality can be hit or miss. Some customers have reported receiving cold, old, or greasy meals, with the side dishes being particularly problematic. However, the staff is generally considered friendly, and there have been instances of fresh, delicious food being served as well. The mobile app has also been reported to have issues, leading to longer than expected visits. Overall, Sonic Drive-In seems to provide a somewhat inconsistent dining experience, with the potential for both enjoyable and disappointing visits.
