“I've been coming here since the 90's. This was the first time I was really disappointed. I bought the fish dinner and they gave me 4 small strips of fish that had to come from 1 whole piece. That dinner costs too much for that! It tasted good though.“

“I always enjoy eating at the Monticello Huddle House! My server Tamorris was at my table about 1 minute after I sat down and he gave me time to make my decision and then checked back often to see if I needed anything else. My food was delicious and prepared the way I asked thanks to the cook Victor. The manager Regina is so friendly and outgoing! She makes it a pleasure to eat at the Huddle House. Monticello is lucky to have Regina and the Huddle House!“

“One of my fav restaurants here in Monticello is The Crawfish Shack. There is not one thing I would change as far as the menu, service, & atmosphere. The main reason I love TCS is the owners. This past Sat Amanda was an answer to my prayer that I could cancel the order for the $70 10 lbs crawfish special i had placed earlier in the week b/c I didn’t get paid. She was so kind & understanding. I can’t wait to visit their new restaurant in Lake Village asap. In closing, grade earned is an A+, gold star, smiley face.“

“Stopped by Ray’s during a work trip since this place came highly recommended. There was a constant flow of people the whole time, which is always a good sign! I ordered the catfish dinner with mustard potato salad, onion rings, and a fried pie. It was good, greasy, and exactly the kind of comfort food I was expecting. Glad I finally got to experience it!
