We stopped in around 3pm for a late lunch with a group of six. After reviewing the massive menu we ordered at one of the two outdoor windows before grabbing a few tables inside. I got the double cheeseburger combo and that burger is awesome... Comes loaded with red onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and mayo with a side of fresh, hot fries and a medium drink. We came from Houston to dig some crystals and ended up staying at a rental in Mt. Ida. The first day we went to a local cafe and then wished we hadn’t. But this place, they are amazing. My wife and I ordered a cheeseburger(I got a double), and the kids had chicken nuggets. We also ordered some fried pickles which were better than most in Texas. The banana split is where it's at. The soft serve isn't as creamy as I like, but, it's still good with all the toppings and whip cream. I'd go again if I were in the
