Exceptional Service in a Cozy SettingI recently visited the Subway and had a delightful experience. The manager, whose name unfortunately escapes me, was incredibly nice and sweet throughout my visit. Placed an order through the Subway app for pickup. Summer and a gentleman prepared my order for me. Summer was very professional, kind, and patient with me as I had complications with my order through the app and worked out a solution. Everything was good but I don't eat mine toasted so they didn't even heat up the chicken, when I asked why he didn't heat up the chicken, he said because I didn't want it toasted. I feel like this was just lack of training. In my experience if u don't want it toasted they still warm the chicken or steak up.......
