“Enjoyed the best catfish dinner around! Great food and great value for the money. Made to order, Fresh out the grease, well seasoned, and crispy. That added free dessert…omg! Both the strawberry and the Italian Cream were amazing. Enjoyed the history on the walls and great conversation with Mr. Tenner and his assistant. We highly recommend and are happy to support this black owned business. We will be back! See you soon.“

“Young waitress was short handed in the night but she was trying her best and I thought she did a great job. My surf and turf was very good cooked to medium rare perfection like I liked. The cook knew what he was doing with the steak can’t say that for many iron skillet!!!! Will come again as of right now. This location stood out after a long drive day! Thank you!“

“Cute place with good healthy food, but not so great/healthy wine selection which is super disappointing. Go the extra mile and I’ll be back! 😉🥂“
“I’m here with my mother who is receiving care. The food in the cafe here was well cooked and great flavor. I had fried catfish, hush puppies, baked beans, and coleslaw. It was all terrific and very inexpensive ($5 for the whole plate). Really glad they take great care of their visitors and staff in this cafe. I saw lots of workers taking a well deserved break and great positive vibes which is important in a place of healing.“
