That ice cream was delicious. However, we’re not sure why it was so difficult to order something directly off the menu we literally read the item from the billboard and they can’t seem to figure out what we were asking for. It took a minute to communicate with the person at the window and it just shouldn’t be a mystery if it’s on the menu. Also, it said there were three sizes but we were told there’s only two. Didn’t seem like that should be on the menu if it’s true.

Slow, the 99 cent frito burrito, which I expected to be small, was TINY and not hot or tasty. I actually just ate the 5 chili sodden fritos and tossed the tortilla.. my caramel shake was butter scotch. The cat hop was not exceptionally friendly and NO one was in a hurry. This is the 2nd failure out of e visit, at this location. Don't think I'm giving them a 3rd strike.

Lot of horseplay going on. Meal took forever. BBQ sauce was requested. They didn't bring and when we reminded them, they brought syrup. My sweet tea was unsweetened.Too much playing and flirting instead of working!
