“Only Chinese restaurant we go to now. We drive from the next city over. Egg Drop Soup is always hot and delicious. Husband has tried several dishes and likes them all. 5 peppers on the menu does mean hot.“

“Always great Chinese food, Always huge portions. Don't pay any attention to the "Karens" in the comments, they are just sour cause they can't read time.“

“Pei Wei never dissapoints and is one of my fav casual eats. They are always quick to service you in any way and truly cares about their customers. I had accidentally ordered noodles instead of lo mein and did not know they difference, they then proceeded to bring me out two bowls of lo mein. The level of service here will never cease to amaze me. The best!“

“I don't understand how these people can live with themselves knowing that they are giving this kind of service...I ordered my meal and when I was finished, lo and behold my fortune cookie was NOT in the bag! I had my heart set on the fortune hidden in the little dessert that tasted like the box it came in! I was denied the simple pleasure of reading my prophetic fortune and ending it with the clichéd statement "...in bed." How dare they! I for one will never spend my hard earned plasma donation money on this food establishment ever again! They just keep taking and taking and taking! And for what?! I demand satisfaction!!
An apology isn't good. Loss of employment isn't enough! Giving them paper cuts and pouring lemon juice in them is mere child's play to the tortures that should await them in hell or the line at the DMV!!
NO. They deserve something unheard of in this world and in the next! Something that makes the Devil himself lose his lunch......
All of this over one simple fortune cookie.
In all honesty though, kidding aside. They were finishing up, I ordered something to go and for some reason they apologized for not having any fortune cookies. I brushed it off, didn't care but jokingly raised my voice in mocking anger and shock, "What, no fortune cookie!" I was told some customers actually get "upset" when the store doesn't have them...we had a good chuckle and laugh about it... I thought I'd leave a comment that started off like an angry, uptight Karen rant and then thank the staff.
Thanks for making my night enjoyable! It's good to see people let go of the "robot customer service speak" and just relax, chill and be informal.
There will always be Karen's who take things way too seriously. Then there's people like me who could care less about formality and not lose my shit over something so small as not having my fortune cookie. ✌🏻
Hopefully, someday, someone opens a Karen's or Dicks restaurant here in Northwest Arkansas. So the staff can be Karen's and Dicks right back to the customers. I'd love that job!😈“

“Hands down the BEST Chinese food in all of Northwest Arkansas! I’ve tried just about every spot in the area, and nothing comes close to the flavor, and freshness of this place. Every dish is always hot and portions are generous. The service is fast and friendly, and the menu has something for everyone, from classic favorites to specialty dishes done right. If you’re craving Chinese food, don’t waste your time anywhere else, this is the go-to spot! Pick up is definitely the best way, the restaurant is small inside.“

“Panda is one of the best places to feed your family. The price is amazing for the amount of food you get. I can spend $40 on a family meal, (2 large sides, 3 large entrees) and feed 2 adults and 3 kids. And i have leftovers for 2. There aren’t any other places that give you that much quantity of filling food. And the food is always delicious.“

“The Panda Express off Elm Springs Road in Springdale, AR is the best I've ever been too. They are constantly busy, the food is super fresh, super juicy and the aroma when you walk through the door is heaven. That familiar Panda air! If they are out of an entree or any other item, and it's not late in the evening, they'll make it fresh for you and it's worth the wait. Don't forget to try the fresh brewed tea and of coursen the classic orange chicken. The seasame chicken, honey walnut shrimp, teryaki chicken and beef with broccoli are also fantastic!
Chow Mein!“

“I had an incredible experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to our waitress, Darian. Her recommendations were spot on, and the level of service she provided was truly above and beyond. She was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and made the whole dining experience feel special.
Highly recommend asking for Darian—she made our visit absolutely 5 stars!“
