Pollo Campero is known for its delicious chicken, considered by some to be the best in the world. The food is well-cooked, flavorful, and includes popular items like the grilled chicken and empanadas. Customer service can vary; some staff members are very friendly and accommodating, often informing customers about deals and ensuring orders are correct. Visitors have praised the chicken for being juicy and tender, with crispy fries complementing the meal. The staff, including friendly employees like Daniela, create a welcoming atmosphere, making customers feel appreciated with greetings and even offering a chicken leg to try before ordering. Despite some reports of long wait times and communication issues regarding order readiness, the overall experience is positive due to the quality of the food and the friendly attitude of the staff.
