To be fair, most of our bad experience had to do with our waitress. We waited a very long time for her to take our order, had to repeat over and over and when the food came after a very long wait, some of it was either not there, or wrong. I ordered through the drive-thru. Got home only to notice how salty the fries were. After calling and talking to the GM he offered to replace my entire order. So it was much appreciated for making this over-right. Good burgers, awesome fries and one of the best shakes.

A couple of nights ago I was out with my wife & family & we stopped by the “Steak 'n Shake” in Rogers. We found the BEST server named Celeste! Celeste was super sweet & helpful.
