“When our order didn’t show up, the manager personally took care of our order. When it turned out that our order had actually arrived but to a place we hadn’t thought to look until after the driver updated (an hour after order should have been delivered) manager still exceeded our expectations. We just came back from a trip super sick and needing the nourishment. I can’t say enough about how delicious it was but even more importantly how it felt to be cared for and heard! We WILL be eating here more often! Thank you!“

“The wife and I had a rare opportunity to enjoy a meal together without any kids last night and found ourselves at longhorns. The table next to us was celebrating a ten year reunion, a happy occasion no doubt. Props to the manager for keeping order in the chaos because as soon as it went from a celebratory event to a loud party she addressed the situation to keep the family oriented vibe intact! Not a lot of floor managers would have handled the situation like she did, great work.

Fantastic service! Organized, attentive, responsive, sense of humor, and the outstanding ability to communicate like you aren’t complete strangers. Our drinks never ran dry, ordering was taken in the appropriate time frame to keep the meal flowing without having appetizers, main, and dessert on the table at the same time. Y’all take notes and please give that man a raise. Service like that is serious and in this day a luxury hardly experienced.“
