When it turned out that our order had actually arrived but to a place we hadn’t thought to look until after the driver updated (an hour after order should have been delivered) manager still exceeded our expectations. We just came back from a trip super sick and needing the nourishment. I can’t say enough about how delicious it was but even more importantly how it felt to be cared for and heard!
