CFA Russellville always has a great staff that goes overboard to make it right. In really love the grilled chicken too!

The food and service is always great. They are fast and friendly. I went through the drive thru so I am not sure about the atmosphere.

Chick-fil-A is known for its friendly employees, but has areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the dining area and parking lot can be improved. Some customers have had issues with the quality of the food, such as insufficient chicken and incorrect pickle servings. There are limited options for those who do not consume meat. While the ice cream is a highlight, some customers feel the price is not proportional to the quantity of food. This store typically offers pretty consistent cooks on tried and true menu items, and the food was ready when customers finished ordering. The atmosphere gets a 3 lol 😆, but the Chick Ful A standard still stands. Good customer service, tables clean, and even when eating there was a guy making sure the place stayed in shape. Customers are thankful for the play area since no other fast food has one anymore. The frozen peach/lemonade is the bomb!!!!
