4 Best Japanese Restaurants in Searcy

“I am from Jonesboro while my parents live in Cabot, and so Searcy is right in the middle, and so we decided to meet up at none other than Fuji's Steakhouse. We were immediately seated, which was about expected for a Tuesday night. We started off with the Fuji Sampler and got crab rangoons, fried gyoza and spring rolls. All good! But about what you would get at any other hibachi restaurant. The same can be said for our hibachi. My mom order the hibachi salmon with steak, my dad got the hibachi steak, and I got the steak and shrimp combination. The steaks were all cooked perfectly, and the shrimp and salmon were also juicy due to the extra added sauces. Further, the fried rice was also good! But the reason as to why it gets 4 stars is because the hibachi was average- it tasted like what I would get at any other hibachi restaurant. So, not terrible, but not exceptional either, just good food, which I would prefer any day over bad food.“
