“The sushi is excellent, but my brother and I made the mistake of ordering Miso soup.
It was salty beyond belief. We’re both watching our salt consumption for blood pressure purposes, but that miso soup was just inedible because of the salt content.

I see that the owner responded to my review. To the owner, if I had wanted a salad or an alternate soup, I would’ve ordered that. I judge a Japanese restaurant by the quality of their Miso soup, which is my favorite soup. If you can’t take outsome of the sodium because you’re getting complaints from customers, then you are not a very good sushi restaurant. My brother and Iwill not be back to dine there.“
