“Just wanted to thank the staff. I was there at the end of August for lunch with my mom when I got the call from my vet that I would have to put my cat down. I immediately started breaking down after we had already gotten our food. The server took notice and asked if I was okay. When it came time to check out, they said our meals were on the house. “We celebrated my husband’s birthday this past Saturday at Saltgrass Steakhouse with a party of 30 people, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our server, Tina. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing!

Handling a group of our size is no easy task, but Tina managed everything with grace, efficiency, and a big smile. She kept drinks full, orders organized, and made sure every single guest felt taken care of. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and her friendly, upbeat attitude made the evening extra special.

What really stood out to me, though, was the way the staff took care of me. Our server didn’t even blink when I mentioned I have allergies—she immediately offered me the allergen booklet and walked me through it without making me feel like I was a hassle. Plus this was on an insanely busy UFC fight night so I felt extremely impressed by her level of care! That means so much and honestly made me feel completely comfortable eating out, which isn’t always easy when you have dietary restrictions.

“Today was my first time visiting Magnolia Skillet. I was greeted with a warm welcome . The staff members were friendly and it was very clean inside. The food was exceptional. Not only is the food consistently amazing every time I visit, but the level of care and hospitality from the staff truly goes above and beyond. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming situation was met with nothing but kindness, quick action, and genuine empathy from everyone at the restaurant. Emily, in particular, was an absolute lifesaver—I am beyond grateful she was there that day. From making sure I was okay to offering support in every way possible, her kindness did not go unnoticed.
