Big Whiskey's - Siloam Springs

Tasha (?) was my server and bartender. It’s like she studied the customer service manual cover to cover and practices it with every individual that walks into her bar. I travel this country quite frequently for my job and she’s one of the only bartenders in 25 years that asked me my name and introduced herself in the middle of a busy bar before she took my order. She Made every customer feel important and made I appreciate all your conversation with everyone she encountered. The food was great and the prices were so reasonable.

Shoutout to this place tonight for taking in my large family, we have triplet toddlers and a large family to match and our server (plus trainee) handled us and our many requests with friendly swift service, I have been in hospitality for over 10 years and was beyond pleased with the food & service! 10/10 recommend to everyone! & Thank yall again!

The food was on point and tasted great, but the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress, Jelaina, had a bad attitude and wasn't attentive. We had to keep asking for things we needed, including our drinks. When we asked about them, she blamed the bartender instead of taking responsibility. Ironically, I believe the bartender was the one who brought our food out, and they were friendly and did an amazing job. Great food, but the customer service from our waitress really hurt the overall experience.

Our server was Jelaina. Now she greated us pretty quick... The problem arrived when I ask for a southern charmer and instead of Jelaina asking for help or coming back and saying she couldn't figure out the button she thought it was a good idea to ring in a Southern sipper and bring that instead. I was kinda dumbfounded because don't get me wrong I'm not one to get mad but the Southern charmer and a southern sipper are VERY different drinks and when we asked about it she was extremely disrespectful and dismissive and had explained she couldn't find the butten. So I was extremely disappointed. She barely checked on us till about half way through they meal (when it showed up) A manager did come round to check on us and she fixed my drink for me. And then when it came time to pay she suddenly remembered how to be nice. Augh. The only reason this place is only getting a 3 Stars It's because of the wonderful manager that stopped by and fix my drink. We usually have a great experience here which is why I was so dumbfounded and saddened that we had this experience.

We had the best Interaction with a employee at big whiskey, a huge shout out to Natasha, she was so sweet, attentive. The best drinks we ever had, you can tell she knows what she is doing. We definitely will be back.

IM GOING TO GIVE THISPLACE5 STARS BUT THE MAIN REASON IS BECAUSE OF THE BEST SERVER THEY GOT NATASHA..SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE WE HAD THE BEST DRINK AND SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD GREAT JOB NATASHA YOU SHOULD GET 10 STARS SHE WAS EXTRA FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY KIND.GREATJOB..YOUR BIG HARD TO HANDLE TABLE...AKA ALANNA WAY TO GO NATASHA..
