“I’d like to commend not only the ACCURACY of my order, but the extreme professionalism and friendliness of the team! It started with Allyson taking my order in the drive through. I had a decent size order, but she concisely and professionally read back everything I ordered in great detail. EXCELLENT! I met Luke at the window where he greeted me happily and professionally, and again, he read off my order to me in great detail in an effort to confirm accuracy. Luke took my payment immediately and seamlessly, then handed me my drinks. He quickly informed me that my order was being carefully prepared, and if I didn’t mind, to please pull into parking slot 1 to have my order brought out to me. GREAT, no issue! I waited a mere 3 minutes, and was then greeted by Maggie with a bag full of hot, delicious smelling food! Maggie, again, read off my order in precise detail, then carefully handed me the bag. She told me to enjoy and have a great evening. AWESOME!! My experience at the Zaxbys Siloam Springs, AR store was FANTASTIC!
