“First Cup This morning I had my first cup of this day at the Ground Floor Café on the beautiful campus of John Brown University. El Socorro Honey Maracaturra from Guatemala. A delicate, sweetly tart with juicy, high-toned acidity..., a lively cup indeed. Here is the description from Olympia Coffee. “Honey Processing leaves a bit of coffee cherry intact after pulping, skipping fermentation altogether and allowing the coffee cherry's natural sugars to marinate into the bean while sun drying. “On a Sunday afternoon it was not very busy. The worker let my kids have a taste of the different flavored pearls as they decided what they wanted to order. There was comfortable seating and fun table games to play while we waited for our five drinks. Mad Gab was great to entertain us for a while. The drinks were all yummy and everyone left happy. My kids can’t wait to go there again!“

“The store was clean and the staff very helpful in helping me choose a new drink. The bathrooms do need a cleaning. Sticky on the door and a few other areas in the bathroom that may have been looked over. However, the restroom was tidy, no trash on the floor or clutter.“
