Nobody works there anymore. Extremely slow They got rid of all the good workers there and now there's no one left.
How are you guys a fast food restaurant but don’t have any chicken cooked anytime I come through the empty drive through.
Bad place to eat. Trust me don’t eat here!!
I have recently been going to this location for their chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese, and I must say both have been great IF available. I just went through the drive through earlier to be told they are out of Mac and cheese for the night, mind you they don't close for almost another 3 hours...they were already out before i arrived, so im sure its probably closer to 4 hours when they ran out before they are scheduled to close...so either they are too lazy to make more and management doesn't know, or management has made it a policy not to make more than a certain amount no matter how much longer they are open. Management may also say, well we can't store leftovers overnight so this is in the interest of providing fresh quality food. Well, I say you are negating that by not having your mainstay sides available the last 3 to 4 hours you are open for business. So I drove across town right behind the guy that was in line in front of me to KFC just to get my side of Mac and cheese. I listened to the guy in front of me order, and he just ordered a 12 piece of original chicken no sides...so this leads me to believe with 3 hours left to go in the business day, they were out of the chicken he tried to order as well. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES...figure out a way to make a smaller amount of your sides towards the end of the day instead of sending your customers to your competition to get what they came for...other than that, the food they did choose to prepare was good...so if u order after 8:00, expect u might get your chicken sandwich, but probably not your mac and cheese because it's so hard to prepare Mac and cheese the last 3 hours of the day...
Went through the drive through on my way home from work at 10:45. The guy initially tried to take my order then said “actually we’re closed” which I responded “ I though you guys were open until 11” he then said that they are open until 11 but they stop making food at 10:30. If this is the case please just change your hours Popeyes, your employees don’t want to work that late
Not good at all, i waited 15 minutes for my food and they forgot 2 parts of my order. horrible service.
I believe this location has a new manager, because they have truly turned a lot of things around from my experiences last year. If you were like me and stopped going to this location last year give them another try, I can tell a lot has improved for sure!
We tried to order 24 piece wings they said “there not making that” so then we ordered the 12 piece wings. Every single piece was burnt. Every time we come to this location it’s either rude service or horrible tasting food. This location is a horrible
Made a mobile order way in advance and when I arrived, there was no one in the drive through yet I had to pull up to the trash can and wait 10 minutes just to get cold food. my wings were hard as a ROCK. My tenders had zero seasoning on them and I ordered them blackened. Biscuits barely cooked and had no butter either. I’m tired of spending hard earned money on a place that gives me inedible food.
The temperature was near freezing outside and the air conditioner was on. It was too cold to eat inside. I ordered two different types of bone-in wings and both were dry and tasted like the sauce was just poured over them after they’d been cooked.

Hands down the worst place to eat in town. I love Popeyes so much but the one here in Siloam is awful every time! The chicken is inedible foods always cold and you always have to pull up and wait for your cold food! Shame on me for trying one last time!

The drive-thru was not working. I had to come inside and order which isn't a big deal except for they forgot my sauce and then they were rude when I asked for sauce and get to my car and realize they forgot the chicken tenders that went with my shrimp order. Went back inside to ask for the correct food and the manager was very rude.
My wife ordered the three piece chicken tender meal and we could only a sliver of chicken in one of the pieces. I know what tenders are and these weren't tenders! They were all just crunchy fried batter! To be fair...we should have taken them back but my wife didn't think it would do any good. She also didn't want to take the time as we had been driving a long time and were trying to get home. Her meal was over $11 and she ate the biscuit and some Mac and cheese and left there hungry. As for my meal, I had the three piece combo. The chicken had good flavor but it really dry. The beans and rice tasted good but you would think that when you're spending close to $15 for a meal that they would fill the cup up with beans and rice! The cup was less than half full. Just enough for a couple of bites. We won't be back!

Crystal and her team are doing an excellent job! If you haven't tried Popeyes since they have reopened under new owners, you should give it a try!

Ordered the new ghost Pepper sandwich combo with no pickles on sandwich. as I’ve been into the sandwich, I realized that they had added bacon, and also the wax paper was still on the cheese. The french fries was cold and the drink has so much ice in the cup. I barely had three drinks of soda. The restaurant was not busy at all. The time was 1:20 PM in the afternoon on a Thursday. I enjoy Popeyes food, but I will not visit this location ever again
