Colton and his crew where amazing, knew it was late 10:55 pm and made a family order big order 16 chicken tenders meal and saved us while our family came in from St. Louis!!!! Will definitely be back!!! Thanks Colton

Employees where disrespectful argumentative and it took 45 minutes and refused to refund so we could just get are meals somewhere else. We will never be back and will strongly encourage others to avoid

Me and my husband have been coming here for a while now but almost every single time we go there is always some sort of missing item. I can’t count the times I get home and something is missing. It’s been to the point I am leaving a review and hoping they can address this problem. They forgot my biscuits today and the drinks had no carbonation so we asked for lemonade instead. They didn’t bring us straws so I went inside to grab them and it sounded like they were complaining about us asking for our biscuits which is frustrating. The food is already expensive I just want to receive what I payed for.

So I like the food. The taste is never the issue. The quality sometimes. I ordered a 5piece tendo meal once and received fried batter(because there was no chicken) thy was probably
4 hours old (I worked in food service for
Many years) but this time. This time I ordered off DoorDash. When my dasher arrived they said “give us 5 minutes; we are making fresh chicken.” No worries, literally so good for me. But my dasher is CURRENTLY standing there waiting and it’s been 20+ minutes. I tried calling, twice , no answer. I was looking at reviews to see if this is common and all I see as a respnse is “sorry about that, this is what we are supposed to do, this is what we will do later” not productive at all. Not happy.

I love popeyes and make me so happy to see the guys that is not a worker he was cleing all the tables popeyes need to give him a discount to people that have a big heart like him

Update: I went back to Popeyes a few days later, thinking it may have been a rare bad moment. It was just as bad, Mary was there again being rude to her employees in front of customers. Then she spoke to a customer like he was a child. I don't remember seeing Mary there before but something there has changed. I will not be going back, it is an embarrassing thing to witness. If Popeyes spoke to their management about my concerns, it wasn't the management at this location. I had a group of people with me, they all wanted to leave. If this is Popeyes standard for their management, they won't be able to keep happy workers that make the food and deal with customers. Get better management, to keep better enployees
I was in Popeyes this afternoon around 2pm, it was very busy, and a manager, Mary, treated an employee awful, in front of many customers. She was rude, loud and has no respect for her employees or guests. It was not a pleasant experience to witness. That poor girl 😪 The food is good though

Horrible, stopped in for a to go meal so I didn't have to cook. I ordered a 3 piece combo and it was Horrible. Two small legs and one small thigh, overcooked and not enough meat to fill a toddler! The fries were totally inedible, cold and rubbery, they would have been called old yesterday. I had to cook anyway just to get full for dinner. I have ate at this location several times in the past but it has steadily went down hill, I'm done now!

A quick and pleasant experience

Just 40 minutes ago or so we ordered a 16 piece, a regular strawberry lemonade, a large dr pepper and an order of fried pickles. Realized we received a 12 piece without biscuits when we got home. Wasn't offered a receipt so there's no way to get a refund now! Oh well, won't be back. Staff was very kind otherwise.
