Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers generous portions of delicious food, with sandwiches that are always amazing. The customer service is top notch and first class, with a manager who is nice and helpful, and staff who go above and beyond for customers. The food is hot and delicious. However, the restaurant sometimes only has 2 people working during peak times, causing long waits in the drive thru or inside. The cinnabon middle of the rolls has been awful and tastes old. A family of 4 can eat for around $74, which feels expensive for what is received.
