Service was good, our sandwiches were very crunchy like the bread was overcooked. 😞 Definitely not soft. Also, the ordering space here is very limited.
Will is THE MAN!! Generous portions. Delicious food. First class service. Do yourself a favor and go see Will at the Siloam Springs location. You’ll be glad you did.
Very friendly and over the top service that is missed in other fast food restaurants.

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers generous portions of delicious food, with sandwiches that are always amazing. The customer service is top notch and first class, with a manager who is nice and helpful, and staff who go above and beyond for customers. The food is hot and delicious. However, the restaurant sometimes only has 2 people working during peak times, causing long waits in the drive thru or inside. The cinnabon middle of the rolls has been awful and tastes old. A family of 4 can eat for around $74, which feels expensive for what is received.
