This was way way way far better than my Popeyes down from Tontitown in Springdale. The food was spicy, crispy and hot, even all-the-way back to Tontitown. They had everything I ordered in stock; not like my Popeyes. The employees were really friendly; not like my Popeyes. I quit going to mine and now I’m glad I found this location on Robinson. I’m a shareholder so, it’s important to me to be able to frequent a Popeyes on a regular basis.
i am so mad right now i waited and hour in line then ordered the cashier told me i had to wait another 30 minutes then wait, finally got to the window and was told i would have to wait an hour more for my food and it was 30 mintues until closing. this not how you should treat your customers because your staff couldnt keep up with high demand.
the food was good but the service was bad. lady taking our order was rude and order was wrong 3 times!! paid 47..00 for family meal too expensive
