Went through drive thru yesterday and ordered drinks and 2 Bacon peppercorn ranch grilled cheese burger. After seeing advertisement on TV for sonic today, saw burger came with small tots which we didn't get. Called to check with sonic if it comes with tots, manager told me that you can just get burger for 3.99 or burger and small tots for 3.99. I said you don't ask which someone wants she said no.
The cashier was not helpful, messed up our order and we got the wrong food. Waited 10 minutes w the girls working staring at us till we were finally helped by a sweet girl. Not going back ever.
