“The 10 oz sirloins were very thin. I ordered medium, my brother ordered medium rare. Both steaks were well done. As thin as the steaks were I don't know how the cook could even prepare them medium much less medium rare. Colton's needs to source thicker steaks because the thin ones are very dry.

The side dishes were outstanding. Potato soup, loaded baked potatoes, okra, Mac and cheese, and others were all very good. The rolls were excellent. Our waitress brought us rolls almost as soon as we were seated and she made sure the basket never ran out.

Our waitress was incredibly attentive and kept our drinks topped off without being particularly noticeable doing so. She was one of the best waitresses I have had since the COVID pandemic.

I gave 5 stars in spite of the steaks being too thin because everything else was perfect. I would be hesitant to order a sirloin again. The sirloin was not something that I would order again because I don't think the steaks can be cooked well unless you enjoy well seasoned shoe leather. I would be embarrassed to serve steaks that thin at a family cookout.“

“If you place an order and wait for it in your car, they will give you a pager to notify you when your order is ready. The owners are very friendly and will speak to you as if they have known you all their life. I love the 5 PC fish and fries. If you want the dirty rice I recommend you get there early

“My lady has frequented this spot with her late grandma, so we went to grandma's favorite spot in remembrance.The establishment was clean even though it was well into dinner service.The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. The owner of the restaurant was right in the middle of things and was making sure everyone was comfortable and happy with service and food.The best part was the food! Homemade pickles, fantastic fresh hushpuppies with an unusual but outstanding homemade sauce, fresh tasting catfish, and let me say the best steak we have ordered at a restaurant in years! I was not expecting such a perfect piece of meat when we ordered the ribeye! It was so good, that I didn't even think of snapping a picture! I cut into it to make sure it was cooked to my preference, and it disappeared into delicious bites!We will definitely be recommending this spot to anyone who visits the area.The catfish house with perfect steak.“

“The food was delicious I had the Philly steak and cheese poboy for supper and ordered a Philly steak and chicken with cheese poboy for lunch at work the next day and they were both very very good!!!! Everyone at the table was going on about how good their food was too!! Staff was dressed a lil inappropriate but other than that it was great! Will go back!!!“

“My Experience @Ocean's Fish & Chicken was Awesome! I know the wait in the Drive Thru is inconvenient but it is sooo worth it when I know I will get fresh & hot food every time! And they have where you can call ahead for a Call In Order. It is a blessing when you can call ahead and they get your order correct as well. I believe that's important! Side note: if you need your fish fried Hard or Soft they will accommodate that request as well. I am sooo grateful for that because most places will not acknowledge that it is important. It's nothing to write home about, but it is a great place when there is a dearth of Chinese restaurants as there is in South Arkansas. Portions are GOOD. Staff is friendly enough. Prices are good. We will go back. My wife loves their plain wings. We have been going here only since 2019, when we moved into the area. Since we have been going, the dining area has been closed and only takeout has been available. That's okay with us as we like to take our food and park at Saracen Lake and look at the birds and water while we eat.“
