“This particular location has the best customer service of any other Firehouse Subs I have walked into. They are personable, welcome you when you walk in. I do online ordering they ask my name and call you by name when it's ready. They don't walk out, set it on a rack and then walk back behind counter and say nothing. Other Firehouse Subs could learn from this one!“
