Firehouse Subs in Gilbert

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt this one was deserved. I stopped by Firehouse Subs today 7/3 around 10:00 a.m. and ended up coming back for dinner with my family around 7:00 p.m. I was helped by the same employee, Delanie, both times, and she was just as kind, friendly, and welcoming at the end of the day as she was in the morning.

The moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome. She was patient, answered my questions, and made sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it. All of my food was made perfectly, and she took the time to make sure everything I ordered was right without making me feel rushed or bothered.

What impressed me the most was that after what had to have been a very long day, she still had an amazing attitude and treated me like my visit mattered. That kind of customer service is hard to find, and it made both of my visits a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service I received. I hope Delanie takes my order again next time.“
